Martial Arts Training

Martial arts and perfection are what we seek in regular practice.   Martial arts training is the refinement of self-defense, which in turn is the instinct for defense and survival. These three concepts form the basis for regular Pa-Kua classes.

The classes consist of warm-up exercises, stretching, techniques, meditation, and breathing.

It can be practiced by men and women without requiring prior experience in martial arts, regardless of belief, race, or age limit.

The class is in a group, but the teaching is individual.

One of the characteristics of Pa-Kua practice is its highly effective and functional techniques, as well as its traditional, simple, concise, and direct teaching method.

Improvements in your quality of life

Within the program, the student focuses on physical development and mental growth, improving posture, sleep, digestion, and muscle strength.

Confidence, determination, the ability to relate to others, and respect for oneself and others are some of the benefits of personal and individual development.

Without competitions and without exams, how do I graduate from the Association?

The way to grow within the graduation levels is through an individual reference to one's own evolution, "I was better yesterday than I am today."

The Pa-Kua assessment is different from exams and championships.

The master says that the championship instills a false sense of victory in the student's mind, but for us, what truly matters is overcoming fears, traumas, anxiety, and inexplicable sadness.
